Bring your counter anology then. It seems to me as if you somehow value sex above any other possible form of entertainment and anyone who is not experiencing it in its highest form is mentally ill? That sounds pretty elitist and conceited to me.

I don't need to make any analogy. We're talking about someone who made a plywood structure will a rubber (?) head and some clothes to hide its real shape to give blowjobs. What else has to be said?

And of course there are other ways to get sexual relief besides the actual sex act, I'm just saying that this particular device is, to me, the creation of someone with problems.

And that is conceited.

Just because your hobbies tend to be enjoyed by a greater number of people doesn't make it superior. Though you should actually know this. There are a lot of people who regard staring at a screen and pressing on a plastic controller for fun to be stupid and a waste of time. Would be totally crazy to do that instead of spending time with your loved ones outside.

You think it's weird that people craft things to resemble other things in real life to increase immersion? What about dildos and sexdolls? What about VR games that simulate other characters? What about fucking barbie dolls and matchbox? They're all just simulations in toy form. They're used to create immersion because shapless blobs of plastic aren't doing it for anyone.

All I'm saying is that you draw a weirdly arbitrary line of what constitutes as normal and what's mentally ill. You're like a Christian Priest calling out a Pastafarian for believing in a flying spaghetti monster.
