Bayonetta and Bayo 2. When you're in the zone, it's almost mesmerizing to see her dance around enemy attacks. It's games like that that make you forget you're holding a controller that do it for me. You just think about it and the character does it.
Add:
-Splosion Man: and its sequel. The definition of tight gameplay
-Super Meat Boy: same as above, except that I suck.
-Flower: doesn't even feel like a game. Transports you to another world.
-Forza Horizon (series): Controls so well. The music mixes with the gameplay and atmosphere and becomes almost religious.
-Burnout Revenge: same as Forza only with tighter controls and insane speed. Weaving in and out of traffic never felt so good.
-Starfox 64: Can't beat the feeling of explosions and destruction all around while dodging enemy fire like a boss.
-God of War 3: Not quite Bayonetta but when you're focused on dispatching a slew of enemies, GoW3 does it better than most
-Sunset Overdrive: Just a ton of fun to simply navigate the city. You don't even have to be heading anywhere in particular. Just Sliding, running, and swinging.
-Tony Hawk's Pro Skater: series will always have a place in my heart from the 5th/6th gen. Hours can go by just doing tricks and racking up points
To my list, too!
