I mean why buy that version when you could buy the PS4 version to play in the same way with better graphics. The incentive was always "well if you buy it on Nintendo maybe they'll have some fun gimmick with the controller like motion shooting or dual screen play calling or some such" and those things usually turned out to be underwhelming additions. 

But this year I'm buying NBA 2K on the Switch (no PS4 version). Because I fly a lot for work and being able to play that on the go will make flights go by like a breeze. That is a tangiable thing that adds value to my experience and you don't even need to be a Nintendo fan to appreciate that. 

 I understand the appeal of it, just imagine being able to play GTA V on the go, or even red dead redemption, i'd double dip on both despite having played them on the 360.
