A lot of European terrorists are actually quite integrated. Some of them are even born here. There are even Western people who radicalize and support ISIS.

The underlying reasons are often personal problems. For instance, one of the Brussels terrorists wrote a note on which he said something like "I'm doing this because it's my only option. I don't want to go back to jail".

So they're integrated, yet kill Europeans for their religion. Those two statements contradict each other.
