You know, it makes sense that there will be increasing overlap though.
For instance, computers, monitors, game consoles, phones, typewriters, mail, calculators and so forth all used to be separate, expensive as heck pieces of tech in the early 1980's, but a little over a decade later they'd all been condensed into one or two devices, and now they all fit in your pocket.
It's not that ridiculous to believe that one day we'll all be buying one device as opposed to three.
