Also, I just remembered that when Phil Spencer went to Japan the last time to talk to Japanese devs, he mentioned that he stopped at Namco Bandai and that he saw a new JRPG while he was in Japan, I have a feeling that was this game. He most likely convinced them to release it on XB1 while he was there. 

Thats why it baffled me people here discounting XB1 already without even checking the details of the game and basing it on the screenshot. Just because it is an anime styled game. I mean dragon ball and Naruto has an XB1 version and those are anime styled games.

It can go to Switch but saying that there's no XB1 is also unlikely.  

Not a great argument. Naruto and Dragon Ball Z are incredibly popular in the western world. They're beyond just being anime. Now, what happened to less popular anime games made by Bamco - Fist of the North Star, Saint Seiya, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Gundam , Jump Ultimate Stars ext? Any time XBOX gets any love from Bamco, its from series already popular in the west - Tekken, Soul Calibur, Souls.
