True enough. Maybe it will come to PC just later, or they specifically talked towards the console crowd or this is a mistranslation. But it is all I can go with at the moment.  I would mention, if the wording isn't meant that way, the Vita rises highly in probability too.

Yes it's all we can go with at the moment, but it's not ruling out on a future PC release. It would seem awfully silly if bamco said "never ever release this on PC, but we'll totally release the next game". It's like saying "we want money, but we kinda don't" at the same time.
