No it is not as it may be triggered by a nuke or the idea of nukes but what I mean is full on Nuclear exchange, which is ridiculous believe will happen in the 21 century. Chat dirty bombs, small scale exchages (i.e Isreal/iran or NK/SK) or the thread of full exchange. I think I worlded the OP a little confusingly.
