Turns out you can download a standalone XP version off the net anyway, so that sorted it. I've not upgraded to Windows 10 yet, and I don't plan on doing so unless it becomes absolutely mandatory and all software stops supporting Win7... |
Why not use Pyxel Edit or Gimp? They are free.
