So if you tell the same joke to one person, you are guilty of it? Saying something isnt the same as doing it. If it is then someone should question Robert De Niro for wanting to punch Trump in the face. Its illegal to punch the president in the face after all. So if Trump hasnt done it, then he must have been joking.
