What do you do to help with depression/anxiety/low morale?

OK. I used to try to calm down and relax, but then I'd always be worrying that I'm spending my time doing nothing when I should be doing something.

I feel that way sometimes too, but then I also feel that sometimes everyone just needs a break, even if it's just a brief one.
