"Tolerated"? That's a strong word.
Yes, beliefs should be "Tolerated", because you cannot go around telling people what they can and can't believe. If you did, well, then you'd be an awful lot like Christians or Muslims throughout history. Or even certain "Communist" countries.
But allowing certain religions to push, even aggressively, their beliefs on others, or use their beliefs to cause others harm? Probably not. And last I checked, for the most part, the modern western world doesn't "Allow" that, already.
So unless you're a snarky Atheist who proposes that ALL spiritual beliefs should be banned (IE "Not Tolerated") period, then I think we're kinda already there. Religious zealots just haven't gotten the message to fuck off.
