Halo Wars Remaster is coming to Steam on April 20th (first online Halo game to rely on Steamworks)

I think it might have been better for MS to keep it on their own store; particularly since they are trying to increase the adoption of their UWP ecosystem. Although, from a consumer perspective it's nice.
