Extrovert vs. introvert? Optimist vs. Pessimist? Which are you?

Probably more optimistic than pessimistic, though I also act jaded sometimes. Depends on the situation.

I definitely admit that I'm severely introverted, even though I've grown enough to hide it when I need to. I manage a small team at work, which kinda forced me to get better about it. Still, I'm definitely most at ease when I'm completely alone, and honestly enjoy quiet periods where I have nothing to do.

That being said, just because I'm aware of it, doesn't mean I'm proud of it. It's definitely a personality flaw that I want to improve on as much as possible.
