Halo Wars Remaster is coming to Steam on April 20th (first online Halo game to rely on Steamworks)

The thing is that it doesn't have any proper matchmaking. You can only search lobbies other people created and hope others will join in time. And even if you found enough players, you can't guarantee that everyone is on the same level etc etc.

At least that's how it is on Xbox One and Windows.
