He goes extreme. I don't see the need for turture. But in cases like this I feel the person does give up their human rights.

They should be then gineua pigs to how we best use them. Whether it be they become organ donors to those in need, or they become human test subjects for some new medicine, ect. Or they send the on some suicide mission into like the middle east for the greater good or something. Something where were their life brings a positive to the world somehow, versus them just sitting in prison for life or being killed.

The only trouble with that, is how it is decided when someone does something that bad to deserve the punishment i described above. I woudl think any death penalty/life in prison sentence be substituted for that. But our justice system is so stupid that someoen selling Weed could end up with that sentence.
