EDIT: Though I would not be opposed to military intervention in order to liberate the North Korean people in a theoretical/benevolent sense, teh United States is nowhere near trustworthy enough to be trusted with intervening.

So, Kim Jong Un actively trying to produce nuclear weapons, and "killing everyone in case they become a huge threat" is totally the same thing....

I mean, I'm sure the UN goes after everyone for crimes against humanity these days.
