How close does North Korea have to get before we take the threat seriously then? I prefer to keep it in the nowhere close range. 

Well, then we might as well kill everyone in the world, in case any of use become a huge threat.

EDIT: Though I would not be opposed to military intervention in order to liberate the North Korean people in a theoretical/benevolent sense, teh United States is nowhere near trustworthy enough to be trusted with intervening.
