Hes crazy but not suicidal.
He wont launch nukes unless pressured into it.
Point is, if China is giveing clear messages of being worried, and asking the US not to do anything, becuase it could all end really badly.
Maybe the US should just pull back those warships it has close to North Korea.
Theres nothing to be gained by the US pokeing the angry bear.
