It's too late for that. They already have nukes.

They already have them. They just cant reach the US with them yet.

However if those battle ships the US has starts fireing at North Korea, they will return fire with small nukes and take out the ships.

China will get pissed, if the US starts fireing missiles that lead to north korean retaliating (self defense really).

It ll be a mess....  attacking North Korea would likely not result in any good outcome for anyone.

hope this is a joke.

China is against a nuclear North too but doing nothing gets no one anywhere. Years of doing nothing and North Korea continues its advance.

Its too late, they already have nukes.

What they "lack" is rockets that can travel around the globale and hit anywhere on earth.

So far they re trying to improve the range of their rockets, so they can have a viable threat, to diswade the US from invadeing them.

Its why they keep fireing rockets out towards japan, to remind people. "We can fire them further and further." is what their message is.

US has moved war ships close to north korea.

What will happend if the US uses their war-ships and starts fireing at north korea?

North korea will defende it self....  and I wouldnt put it past them, to nuke the american warships then that are out at sea, close to them.

self defense, they ll say.

This will result in a mess.

North korea will threaten, that if they get invaded they start fireing nukes at targets close to them.

Maybe it wont effect the US, but it could easily effect south korea / china.

What happends then?

South korea/japan/china tell the US if you guys start a nuke war, and get us nuked by proxy, we ll send some your way too.

It all goes out of hand.

You cant mess with nations that have nukes.

Its why all these crazy dictators want them, they know if they reach that point, it ll likely mean the US wont start messing with them.
