USA drops a MOAB on ISIS target in Afghanistan

It's quite a large bomb. I wonder how many terrorists it actually killed. Also, how many innocents? Enough to launch 59 missiles in retaliation?

At least it's an known ISIS target. Hopefully no innocents were killed.
