Crazy to think in one week 1/10 of Wii u's were just replaced! Great start just wondering how big it could have been if they had more stock. Month later it's still sold out and it's hard just to find a controller for this thing. Also this talk of ps4 and it's bigger launch week is apples to oranges. If Nintendo had more confidence in switch and manufactured more for launch I'm sure it would be a larger number at launch. I'm seeing a lot of hype for this system and people I know who normally don't get Nintendo consoles want this system.

First bolded part... in all fairness the wiiU didn't set a very high bar to begi with.

Second bolded part.... and you are choosing to ignore hard data and chase dreams instead. Whose fault is it that nintendo didn't have confidence in the Switch? What does that even mean? Does a company spend 4-5 years planning and making something for it to maybe go out and fail? How about this though, being taht the PS4 also sold out of all the units the made at launch and went on to have an almost 4-6 month supply issue, guess we could also be saying if sony had had the sense or means to make 2M more consoles they would also have had a larger number too....... You see why ignoring the data is bad?

Xbox one was only released in 13 Tier 1 countries, (people forget fast =p).

And whose fault was that?
