SEGA does. Mistwalker had the same deal with MicroSoft. Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey are fully owned by MS. Only reason sequels came to DS is because MS has no competitor in that space and allowed it. Hell we nearly had Halo on DS. We have enough proof from Kamiya's word and the fact this kind of publishing deal of owning the game is VERY VERY common. |
It still doesn't mean that we'll never ever see bayo 2 on PC. We can already play it via Cemu for example.
