We don't know what Sega and Nintendo agreed upon with Bayo 2. If Sega really wants a PC port, then they'll probably figure something out.

We have zero evidence of a contract like that being in place. Ninty having Bayo 2 to tiself till the end of time sounds like the worst business deal of the century. To carry on with the franchise, but not allow other platforms to have 2, to not have a missing piece just comes off as illogical when you want to tap another user base. 

Also all we have to run on is that Ninty funded it and nothing more, no photo proof of a solid timeless binding contract for Bayo 2.

True I guess it's possible but then if they can port to PC then they can port to PS4/XB1 which would be nice.
