Its much more noticeable at lower fps though.... like your screen is 60 hz, but your running a game at 29-30 fps.

If you have a 144hz monitor, and your running 100+ fps, it ll barely have any effect.

Gsync/Freesync are for people with slower refresh rate monitors, that run lower fps ranges, its where the main gains are.

Screen tearing removeal is good for all ranges, but again, its worse on a slower refresh rate.

It's much more noticeable when your framerates are jumping around than any fixed framerate.
