Not as a main occupation. Sometimes I have to lift some heavy stuff and install new hardware into racks but nothing too straining. Which is great. That means I can do my job until I die without worrying about deteriorating health. Praise education.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
