North Korea 'ready for war' after US navy strike team redeploys

War and occupation are very different.

The US won the war against Iraq quickly, the aftermath and occupation still lingers 14 years later. Could level North Korea in a week, but then what? I'd guess occupation would be decades and that's what we don't have resources or desire to take on.
