Yes, why part of my frustration is with the Federation for doing this and FIFA for screwing up 2022 leading to this garbage.  Now we're so paranoid that even the massive profits to made by having it here are not enough that we have to have our more liked border rivals cover us to get one.

I think FIFA should have a rule if you're over a certain size or population you cannot have a joint bid.
