Yeah sure, that's where they draw the line. Because moderation, levelheadedness and fear is all that North Korea is about. I don't think so. If they had nuclear weapons and if the provocation against them is big enough they will gladly push the button.

Please try to think like a dictator and not a rational person. Those things are mutually exclusive.

The North Korean leadership are not stupid. There's a reason they've been able to last this long, despite the collapse of the Soviet Union, extreme famines and immense poverty: they know when to get entangled and how to not cross the line.
