I don't really think anyone who has the power to order those nuclear strikes cares much about the consequences. If they really cared about it they would stop their provocations dressed up as defensive behavior. After all, ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads can hardly be used to "defend" their country.

So then, why have they never nuked the United States then, after all of these years of threats?
