Zelda Botw: Focusing On Stuff You Shouldn't Miss (Spoilers?)

I've been playing Botw since launch almost completely on the go, which means I only play 5-7h per week.

I find this game to be overwhelmingly big to be played on short bursts and the fact that most of the side quests don't give you the exact coordinates, but rather more or less cryptic information is not helping either.

Now that I've beaten all titans, I want to focus on the most important / best side content of the game. Please guide me, cause I really don't want to spend too much time running around, looking for random stuff that doesn't really matter.

Stuff I want to complete is:

• See all of Zelda's memories
• Find the Sword
• Find the best armor

What else should I look for before confronting Ganon? Just throw bullet points, I'll search for explanations if needed
