The United States knew that they'd kill innocent people with those strikes. Also, why do you think that the United States cares that they're killing civilians? They massacred innocent civilians numerous times.

I'm not saying they haven't, just saying they are not targeting civilians with the strikes. Fact of the matter is that ISIS are using civilians as cover since missles can't tell the difference once it strikes a target. Their foulplay is the reason the civilian count is so high.
