Would be a silent film like Wall-E
Changes:
Trent Reznor would remix all the atmosphere and background music. Story arc through the levels would remain the same as the game. So every part of the game would translate into a part in the movie. I hate it when you see a film based on a game and its not from the game. Everything has to be from the game.
