I believe if your favorite games are 3rd party games then this is the system to get. I am happy with my PS4Pro but I still prefer the X1 UI, controller, 4K Blu Ray drive not to mention the X1 is my primary hub for other things besides games. So looking at how MS engineered the Scorpio, I am happy to give them my money. Along with my Elite Controller, MS will once again be my go to console for 3rd party games.

As for the Scorpio changing the market share of the Xbox vs the PS that is not going to happen. The system is definitely designed for the core xbox crowd. Its MS trying to claw back their userbase by going back to what made the 360 a top console. Now that the hardware part is out of the way, they can continue to concentrate on getting the right exclusives to their system and being the go to console for 3rd party games as well. I have to say that the moves Phill has made since coming on board and righting the ship have all been right on track.

I like the exclusives on both Sony and MS consoles, just means i'll be buying most multiplats on Scorpio and PC now too. PS4 Pro relegated to 100% Sony exclusives.

Its a big deal for me, since i don't like using Origin or UPLAY on PC due to the fragmented nature, MP and Achievements. I just enjoy that aspect more in a console environment where its more the MP community is more consistent, unified,  and you know what to expect.

For PC i stick mostly to SP games these days where i want to push the eye candy.

I too love the Elite controller and its my favorite to use. Play Anywhere titles are great too, so when the livinroom is being used, i can fire up the desktop and do my thing from where i left off.
