Scorpio wont do native 4K in most of the games, my opinion

OP has a point. Forza Horizon 3 the more recent Xbox One game of the two only ran @ 30 fps, 1080p (because of its bigger open world). So translated to Scorpio @ 4k... would mean same frame rate 30 fps, and probably similar ~66% draw from the graphics chip. Likewise, with settings on ultra, ~88% draw from graphics.
