Uhh, it's supposed to be the workers and the peasants doing the revolution, so it would't make sense for them to be the ones being killed. Obviously a peaceful revolution would be preferred, but I have a feeling that a government with a military, a police force and a sophisticated prison and spying network is not going to willingly give up its power.
