If I'm not mistaken, EVGA had a program that allowed you to upgrade your card and only pay the difference (more or less) within a certain amount of time. If that program still works, I can see a few Titan X(Pascal) users upgrading to the new Xp for little.
As for 1080Ti users... well, it will be a bit more.
