I don't think we need a PS5 right now...people really aren't even buying PS4 Pro. I concur, 2020 at the least. Leaving 3 more years for PS4 to be supported after PS5's launch and 10 years after PS4 released overall. So 2023, PS4 is phased out and PS5 is 3 years into its life cycle.

To answer the OP, we'll start hearing things around early 2018, demos will probably be shown at this year's E3 behind closed doors, we'll begin to hear more in 2019 and 2020 it'll release probably early in the year. That's what I'm thinking.
