PS4pro is 399$
Scorpio has: bigger apu chip, more ram, UHD blu-ray drive, more expensive cooling solution, more expensive hard disk drive, bigger PSU unit, ect ect.
It cant be 399$ unless MS is willing to lose like 50-100$ on each unit sold.
This is comeing from a guy who was pretty sure Nintendo could/would sell the Switch at 249$ (before we knew the price).
Theres just no way MS can do it at 399$, its going to be more than that.
