Lol that's not even remotely close to what Bayo 3 would cost to make. Even Horizon ZD cost around 50 million to make and thats an open world rpg with a development team of 300 behind it. You look at the biggest budgets and all the games costing 60 million or more are open world games.

Bayo 3 I reckon would cost around 20-30 million (Uncharted 2 cost $20M), sounds about right for a 10 hour non-graphics intensive linear game.

 

Just going off the info I could find. I couldeasily be wrong
