For some reason, I knew it would be Wikipedia. It's not accurate. It relies on users/fans to keep it up to date. For example, just looking at the A's, there's a game that's unreleased, one that's only exclusive in China, and a PS2 game.
The gematsu list features a ton of games that aren't even available yet or are only in Japan. I guess it could technically be considered accurate (I only glanced at it) but, if you go by what you can buy in stores right now, either physically or digitally, it's not nearly correct, either.
