Lego City Undercover PS4 vs Switch vs Wii U

Aside from maybe worse resolution/lower quality textures in places and a few more jaggies there doesn't seem to be much diffrence.
Is ps4 60fps vs. Switch 30fps? That car ride seemed smoother to me on Ps4.
