You can't kill the Little Sisters. There's already been a huge debacle about that....The devs decided early on that you couldn't kill them due to the plot.
I'm debating to get this game, or not. It looks like it might be a spiritual succuessor to Condemned, but better in most every way.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
