Dreamhack doesnt proove anything, its a fact that console gaming is favoring more local gameplay as i can just give over my controller to another person. How many games on PS4 and Xbox ONE even still have local multiplayer? Not many anymore for sure. In fact, I'm pretty sure Wii U has more local multiplayer games than both PS4 and Xbox ONE combined
Local multiplayer on consoles was true 10 years ago, but since then outside of Nintendo and sports titles it's geting more and more rare.
