intel already has that... it's called 6900K and it cost 1000+ dollars... it is sort of a tie in performance with the R7 1800X that costs half.

The difference between the 6900K and the 1800X is thus... The 6900K can exceed 4ghz and beat the R7 1800X in almost every single benchmark.

It also has a superior chipset... And it also doesn't perform like a Core i5 in situations.

The R7 1800X is a great value chip, but I would still personally opt for the 6900K if I had a choice and money was no object.
