If I were to guess based on the rumors, I think its capabilities will be that on the GPU front, it will be faster than a Nvidia 1060 where as the ps4 pro is slower than a 1060. What that means is that it will be able to run at least ps4 pro 1080p settings bumped up to 1440p + checkerboarding and regular ps4 settings bumped up to 4k native. I think it's weakest point will continue to be the CPU but it will be at least 20% (or more) faster than ps4 pro. I doubt it will run 30 fps games at 60fps but it will run games that aren't quite 60fps to 60fps.

Lets see how right or wrong I am.
