| KLXVER said: So Nintendo should start advertising for games the Switch wont get because its too weak? Thats silly. |
Come on man you are just twisting what was said.... what sense does it make for nintendo to advertise what games they aren't getting? They don't need to because on the consumer side of things they can see it for themselves. But to those lik us that is on a forum we would know excatly why that is happenning.
As far as the consumer is concerned, all they see is that nintendo is not getting such and such game which means no buy for them if those games are important to them. They on the other hand wouldn't not buy a PS4 that is getting all the games they want simply because there are two tiers of PS4. Don't forget, to get the PS4pro it really only makes sense when you also have a 4k tv. To the consumer, one of them is a 1080p version and the other is a 4k version. Simple as that.
Stop twisting shit.
| KLXVER said: Well you dont seem to have any problems with it and thats fine, but it might suck for people who cant afford to upgrade their console every 2-3 years, but want the best experience possible. Thats kinda the point of consoles. So yes, you are punishing the people who buy the console they think will give them the best experience that gen early by releasing an upgraded one soon after. |
You see thisis why what you are saying makes no sense. If those people want the best experience possible, then they should have no qualms upgrading every 3 years. What sucks for them is not that sony/MS has given them the option, but that they don't have the money. What you are basically saying is that technology should be stiffled to accomodate for those that can't afford it.
Again, no one has a gun to your head. If you can't afford it then you don't b it simple as that. But you are losing nothing. It just means what you can afford is a 1080p experince as opposed to a 4k one. But you still get the same games!!!!!
What you are saying only applies if the PS4pro/Scorpio has its exclusives. Thats when you are punishing some of your user base for adopting early. I can't understand why this is so hard for you to understand.
