Not many people like Xbox in general, some people where upset with the PS4pro because they recently purchased a PS4, apart from that well the internet is generally negative to begin with.
Personally all innovations and new technology especially in the gaming space is a good thing the more consoles are sold the better AAA games sell the better the offerings will be for us gamers. Also we need strong competition. Remember how the PS4 put Xbox back on the right path in 2013, never forget.
Also many things like the ps4 supporting hard drives, people asking for backwards comp, which should be a given with ps5 is also pushed a bit from xbox taking those moves, maybe the next refresh will have a UHD drive its all good, keep the competition and hardware releases up in my opinion all 3 big players deserve a lot more love then they generally get.
I know I can personally be critical on Nintendo because the products they have released the last couple of generations havn't been my cup of tea but I will always want them to do well and sell a lot because they make excellent games and sony and microsoft still both have a lot to learn on how nintendo makes software. ^^
