Does anything disturb you to the point of making you physically ill?

I am kind of hemophobic, and even the beat of my own heart creeps me out. So if i lay in a position where my heart is moving my entire body, I have to move. So sight of real blood makes me feel odd. But video game blood isn't realistic enough and some movie blood.

Swarms of bugs and general filth grosses me out as well, like a trashed apartment.
