ah... it's an Nvidia? That's about all I know though, not near my computer to check either

I think my PC is fine for the CPU side, it just can't run DX11 games at all and Total War Warhammer says DX11 is a minimum so

Type in dxdiag in the start menu or the run command box, then go to display and it should tell you what GPU you are using.
